Having never shipped a vehicle before I was concerned about shipping the 2010 Corvette I had purchased. Nicole took the time to explain the process and ensure me that everything would be handled ok. She answered follow up questions I had when I called back. The pickup and delivery were on time and the car was delivered safely. I was contacted the day before about the drop off time. The driver called the day of the delivery and was early which meant I didn't have to wait around for him to get here.
