John Smith at AutoTransport 123 was very helpful explaining the process and not rushing decisions etc. A trucking company picked up the contract the day after our order was placed and picked up the vehicle same day. Truck drivers were courteous and professional. Pick up was Friday, original delivery date was Tuesday, actual delivery was Sunday. Only delivery hitch was trying to deal with cash for the driver on a Sunday given banks are not open and the amount needed exceeded daily ATM withdrawal limits. Had the actual transport company (the trucking contractor) apprised us on Saturday of the expected delivery, it would have saved a couple of hours. Delivery was to a college student. Student texted truckers of time availability - truckers available around 7 pm, student at 9:30 pm. Truckers showed up at midnight. Again, more communication would have been nice. However, overall, the service was fast, all parties courteous, and reasonably priced.
