Auto Transport provided me with high quality service from the first phone call to the delivery of my vehicle. Vehicle was shipped from CA to VT. The original transport date was changed by me and they were able to pick up the vehicle on the same day that I made the change - within hours of the phone call requesting a date change. I was given the drivers name, cell phone and alternative phone (which turned out to be his home phone), so was able to be in communication with him as needed throughout the trip. He was responsive to phone calls and returned messages immediately if he was unable to pick up. Irene was excellent from beginning to end in answering all questions, providing detailed explanations of how the process worked, and reviewing the contract with me. The price was mid range comparable to other companies I researched, but I appreciated Irene's thoroughness and her accommodating attitude and liked that I was given all the information about the driver so the price was well worth it and reasonable. The delivery of my vehicle was 4 days earlier than the estimated date, and arrived intact. I am completely satisfied with the service provided by AutoTransport and would absolutely use them again should the need ever arise.
