There were some initial problems with the car transport. Finding a carrier proved very difficult and there was none booked at the time I had to fly out for a cross-country move. Casey at customer service worked with me to find a workable plan with back up options. While pick-up was difficult, I very much appreciated Casey's availability and professionalism throughout the process. My phone calls were always returned and there was genuine effort every day to find my car a carrier.

The driver eventually dropped my car off in the wrong place. When this happened, again customer service at AT123 worked hard to fix the problem quickly. Most importantly, my car arrived safely and in perfect condition and only a few days late despite the issues with dispatch. AT123 customer service, and Casey in particular, did a fantastic job.
