Doug we never led you to believe anything. You asked for an honest, accurate, fair window, and we told you 1-5 days much like we tell every single customer.
New order: 08/30/13 10:07 am. As you stated you were nervous. You called our sales reps ext 35 times over a 48 hour period being the weekend. We have 24 hour customer service located at the customer service ext.

We provided not 1 but 2 DRIVERS for you Monday morning,only to find out that your vehicle was IMPOUNDED,something you forgot to tell us,when you placed your order on Friday afternoon. So that driver left because he was not going to the impound garage,then we get you another driver ,only to find out you gave us a credit card with a non valid expiration date and you signed up with another company while in contract with us and had the other company pick it up.Furthermore $100 was charged because that was your cancellation fee. Not quite sure what is shady or illegal? As you can see you must manage your expectations we do not get these reviews because we tell customers they are being picked up day of. We haven't received a bad review in over 6 months its proof that a random customer like Doug might misunderstand the business and go to the lengths to make us into bad guys. We are the most honest of all companies and provided our service within 1 business day.
