Overall, everything was great. Their pick up was like the cable company. They offered a window of 3-5, they picked it up a 4:30. So within the time frame so no real complaints. They were real thorough with the inspection which was nice. A side note: they charged extra for packing the car. Neither a negative or positive. I should have asked and I should have been told. It was 75 extra. Not a big deal. Makes sense, but a quick like "hey it's extra to pack the car" would have been nice. The drop off was a bit of a hassle. I contacted the driver, or tried to but never received a call back. Left voicemail and even texted. I had class and work all day and was trying to find out when they would be there. He called as soon as he got there and made a bit of a fuss because I wasn't there.i was forced to leave work abruptly because I didn't have a heads up to when he got there. My number was included in the contract but never received a call. The drivers level of English was non-existent practically so communication was extremely difficult. But in the end it all worked out really well. Everything was on time and the car was in great shape. The GPS tracking promised didn't work but not a big deal either. Overall I would use again but be a bit more thorough with the process. Great company.
