This service was extremely personable; the entire experience was very pleasant, and at no time did I feel worried about the legitimacy or professionalism of this company. Mechalia was my first point-of-contact. She called me within 15 minutes of me placing a quote request online. A 15-minute conversation on the phone later, we had established a price quote for delivery, a pick-up date, and a delivery date. The company followed up two days later to confirm when the driver would come pick up my car. Even though they came a day late, they were very forthcoming about it and apologized for the slight delay. They still got my car to the destination on the day I wished for it to be there. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to ship their car to a new destination. The entire exchange was professional yet human.
