Pickup was fast (I was given a 1-week window and it was picked up on the 2nd day). The driver showed up about 1/2 day late, but it wasn't a problem. Steve was knowledeable and helpful, explaining why some transport companies quote verrry low rates and have trouble delivering. The driver was polite and thorough in checking over my car, and it arrived just as I last saw it, with my belongings inside intact.

I would use 123 again.
