This company purports to have a "network" of trucks, implying they have a fleet which is not true. Furthermore, they lie continually. In my case they were to pick up 2 cars on specified date and screwed both of them up. Believe NOTHING that Tara tells you. The customer service is non-existent despite the "sweet talk." She promised to have a car delivered upon my arrival in Florida but did not even check on whether the car had been picked up. She claimed that the driver signed the shipping document. However, the customer must also sign the document so that is an obvious lie. Had I not followed up, one of the two cars would have never been picked up. I repeat: STAY AWAY! Find another provider!
