Not a happy first time costumer

I'm not a happy costumer of Autoransport 123. When I first spoke to Greg I explained when we needed the car in MI. I used his judgment to say when the car should be picked up and was told it had plenty of time to get there when we needed it. As time got closer we pushed up the pick up date bc I was told then that there was a 3-4 day window for pick up which was never told to me beforehand. Needless to say there were so many excuses from Craft and Sons the carrier. The car was picked up a day late but I was told it would be in MI on a certain date. As I followed thru with phone calls to the driver of Craft and sons the driver did not have any info about our car or where it was going. After the car was picked up I contacted the driver agin and was told it would be there on a tuesday. Later on I was told it would arrive in the middle of the night, oked by me . Needless to say I stayed awake waiting for his phone call HE NEVER CALLED. So I phoned Craft and sons and explained the situation.I have never heard so many excuse from someone in all my life. The driver knows how to tell tall tales and just kept compiling all the stories together. I received a phone call from the driver and was told he was so sleepy that he couldn't drive so I didn't get the car that night. But he didn't have the decency to call and tell me!!!! So it was not until the following day at 1pm that I received our car. We were suppose to leave at 6 am that morning for a trip back to LA 1200 miles. Thanks Autotransport 123 and Craft and Sons.!!
I will never use these services again. They know how to twist words around and the carrier is completely unprofessional.

Joane as we discussed your issues with the carrier are unfortunate. As much as we d like to insure that every single customer has a perfect transport experience there will be times carriers are delayed. Our apologies.
