This company plays up the "family business" to deceive customers into thinking they actually care about you. Meanwhile if you listen during phone conversations you hear the roomful of telemarketers. Pay close attention to how they play up how great their reviews are on this site. Jay discouraged me from using Horizon because they had so few reviews and insisted I visit this site to see how many his company had. Hmmm... how many do you think the room full of brokers are leaving on a daily basis themselves so they can urge you to trust them???

Jay also lied to me and told me I could cancel my reservation at no cost to me anytime before my car was picked up. Another thing he deceived me with was that they would pick my vehicle up from my residence in NJ but in a future conversation with his "brother" I was told I would have to meet the carrier in Philadelphia (45 minutes from my home.) If that was not enough they lied about how long it would take for my car to arrive in Hawaii. I called Matson ( the shipping company for HIlo Hawaii) and Auto Transport 123 had promised me a time frame that was impossible. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to sign the deal asap.

After trying to cancel, I was screamed at, belittled and hung up on so that this arrogant scoundrel could run my credit card as quickly as possible. Let me remind you that they had insisted $0 down and no $ charged until pick up. Thankfully I had already suspended my card before calling to cancel inorder to prevent this from occurring because I flat out did not trust them.

Here comes the best part. This "family" business man called back and left me this message on my answering machine... "You lied through your f**ing teeth, you deadbeat loser. Go F yourself you terrible F***ing lady, your F**ing credit card was declined. That is not how to do F***ing business, karma is a bi**ch!"

I kid you not, if you email me I will play you the message I have saved to my phone. He was screaming and cursing at me for over a minute. My mom and I were horrified. I am actually even a bit nervous leaving this review because that man was completely irate and irrational... he seemed to believe his own lies. Probably because they are told so frequently.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Deception is interesting term to use here Katherine. Telling your fraudulent story on an internet database about my family is what we consider deceptive. As the owner of Auto Transport I implore you to read any of our 800 other reviews and see who here is telling the truth. Not only is Kat Roberts a liar and fraud but if you read her story it is contradictory to boot. Anyone who would like to come meet the family we are located at 203 Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre NY. This is the most secure site for reviews in the entire country which would make it utterly impossible for a room full of brokers to leave us reviews. This is considered lie #1, telling people we are not family owned and operated while my father continues his role as dispatch and my sisters continue to make real customers happy on daily basis would be lie #2. Our terms and conditions are not only shown on our website @ www.AutoTransport123.com they are present on every contract we have ever sent out. NO WHERE does it state that anyone can cancel their order without a fee? Which leaves me to question why would Kat Roberts be any different? This serves as lie #3. If Kat believed that there were no charges due at time of cancellation why would she call her credit card company prior to cancelling her order with Auto Transport 123? This is yet another contradiction in her story or what we consider lie #4. With 800+ sparkling reviews surrounding this one speaking about how fantastic our service is we ask you to decide who here is the legitimate party. Never once has a customer left a review on my site stating Scam, Unprofessional, or Dishonest quite frankly because those adjectives do not apply to our company.
