First cross country move

I had two cars that I had to move to California from the east coast and I decided on 123 auto transport. They were very helpful before making the decision of their company by giving facts and things to know while traveling cross country. The customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable about their jobs. They were quick with setting up dates that would work to get the cars picked up. They sent emails confirming everything with contact numbers to carriers and drivers which helped. I talked to the drivers a few times throughout the transport and even had to change drop off locations which they were very willing to do. The car was picked up on a monday afternoon in Philly and arrived in San Diego, ca on thurs morning, which could of been real late wed. night but workout with the driver to drop it off in the morning. The other car I had was picked up was picked up 3 days earlier from another location and arrived the same time, also ahead of the estimated arrival which was very nice. I also received follow up calls to make sure everything arrived on time and safe. Overall I am very impressed with the service and have told other co workers to use this service.
