This was my first time shipping a vehicle across country. It was very easy to set up, however i found the trucking company itself very frustrating and had poor communication. Janine in the customer service dept was EXTREMELY helpful and not only finally got the company to give me a pick up date but she also assisted when they failed to communicate a delivery date. She was extremely pleasant to work with and very quick to respond to all my concerns.
