I was very satisfied with my bikes transport. The driver was very professional and made me feel secure about my delivery. I had never used anything like this before and I was very leary about spending that kind of money. But upon my first phone call I felt 100% better. They asked for NO money up front and only half when the vehical was picked up. Gave the driver the other half when it was delivered to me. My only complaint was that it happend so fast! I had hope to be notified a few days ahead of time that the bike was being picked up but that didnt happen. They were very fast. I called Monday, they picked it up Wed and it was here Fri. Im very happy and when I return to Utah I will deffinitly use this service again and I will also definitly give them a 100% rating and refer them to anyone I know looking for this service.
