Car arrived with no damage or scratches, and in only about 4 days from coast to coast. I would say that drivers should remove dirty gloves BEFORE handling the steering wheel and shifter, etc., just to reduce black greasy stains, but otherwise the service was excellent. I benefited from providing a covering to the seat and door pull to protect the leather. Aaron was friendly, fast and professional, and the driver was a friendly, efficient fellow.
