Service was prompt and on time - first driver was rude and wanted to pick up the car early - called customer service and talked to Janine and she took care of it. 2nd driver was prompt and courteous - car arrived on time. It was dirty - but care was in an open carrier and they went through some rough weather on the trip from Illinois to Arizona. Nothing that a car wash could not take care of.
