Before making the decision to go with Auto Transport 123, I spoke to many carriers and asked a lot of questions. When I spoke to Jenny, she was patient and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I liked the idea of it being a family owned business with a 5 star rating. The price that I was quoted was comparable to most other carriers. We were relocating back to Massachusetts and had 2 cars to transport. The timing had to be after our house closed-and not before we arrived to our destination. I was very concerned about the timing, and was assured it would be possible to meet my requirement.

Janine was the customer service representative that I had the pleasure of working with. She always followed through returning my phone calls and getting everything set up. Janine went above and beyond to work within our timeframe, which was greatly appreciated. Janine is pleasant, courteous and professional.

Our driver did a fantastic job. He worked with us around our timeline and even delivered to us a day early-on a Sunday! He was very careful when taking the car off of the transport.

I am recommending Auto Transport 123 to my realtor in Florida so she can refer other clients to use this service. I would highly recommend them!
