The service with my dispatcher Kelly was excellent and everything was scheduled accordingly. The followup from the company is great even if a little persistant. On my day of pickup the driver was on time and called me an hour before arrival to confirm. From there the pickup went very smoothly and my vehicle was delivered to my family members on time exactly 2 days later as was previously quoted. Excellent service all around.
