I was suppose to move almost a month ago from TX to the Bay Area, but do to job relocation negotations I'm still in TX. I have had to change my move date several times, even as recent as today. I have been talking with an amazing customer service rep Janine, for every week for the last 3 weeks. She and the company have been so flexible with me changing my move dates for the past few weeks. She is pleasant, fun, and easy to talk with. She knows how stressed I've been during this ordeal and always lift my spirits everytime I call her with a date change. She keeps assuring me that everything is okay and that if I need to change my date again just call and there will be no problem. And they have not changed the price they quoted me one time. The price was given to me in July!! I work in customer service myself, and I would hire Janine in a second, she is absolutely amazing!! In short I highly recommend this company to everyone. If I ever make it to the Bay Area, and decide to move again, I would definitely go through Janine again!! She's AWESOME!! Thanks 123 Auto Transport!!
