I had originally gone with another company to move my truck 300 miles. The other company secured the carrier within 20 minutes of my order. Then they called back 30 minutes after that and said that carrier was unable to move my truck after all and they would look for another carrier. After 5 days and multilple attmepts to contact them I left a message stating if they did not return my call I would go with another company. By they time they actually returned my call I had signed a contract with Auto Transport 123.

Their customer servive was EXCELLANT. They asked me questions about my truck, size, running condition etc, to give me a more specific quote to transport it. The other company only asked for the make and model. I explained to them about what happend with the other company and they worked very hard to help me correct the situation the other company put me in.

They had a carrier secured and my truck was picked up the next day. They gave me multiple numbers to contact them if I had any questions and they constantly keep me updated on the status of my truck. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. I personally will only be using them to transport my vehicles from here on out.
