We had worked with these guys before and so we trusted their care. They gave us a fair deal, including discounts, and kept in constant communication throughout the process. The driver on the pickup end pushed a little to get the car on his schedule (and not the owners) but quickly changed to a different day when that didn't work. The driver on the delivery end also called to say they would deliver late ("hopefully before midnight"!!!!) which was not cool, but ended up bringing it the next morning so all was well. The Autostar folks were awesome - good communication, immediate response, going above-and-beyond to give us an extra discount.
