Wow- I'm impressed. I live in a tiny town in Cali, and Renee was able to get me a driver on the day I requested for a minimal cost. He made me aware that my small town was off the freeway quite a bit, and that it would be more difficult than normal CA routes, but he came through like a champ. The dispatcher was courteous and the driver was professional. My car showed up with no dents or scratches, and it showed up on time. The driver even gave me courtesy calls before pick up and deliver so I'd know to expect him. All around 5 stars!
