We had a last minute pick up request that I spoke with Takisha about on several occasions. I had contacted other carrier brokers & firms to attempt to make the pick up, however most did not call me back or simply said it could not be done. Takisha was super helpful and friendly and went out of her way to try to make this happen. As it turns out, no one had drivers near the remote pick up area, so we had to make other arrangements internally, however the customer service Takisha provided was outstanding... thanks Takisha!!
