This is Kim with Auto Shipping Group and I will reply for my portion of this statement. We offer every available carrier to you as I explained to you by phone. We quote based on the National Diesel average, so if a carrier is interested in your vehicle but they want additional funds they will ask us. We then provide you with that information. It is then up to you if you want to take that carrier or keep looking. We do not process a penny of our fee until the day the vehicle is on a truck so goal is to get you on a truck as quickly as possible, again why we offer everything we find. When we spoke I offered you the carrier, you said you didn't have that in your budget, so I told you dispatch would keep looking which we did.

Firstly, the pickup and drop-off times provided are estimates given by carriers, and while we make every effort to adhere to these timelines, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to delays.
Regarding the pricing issue, we acknowledge that there was a discrepancy between the quoted price and the final amount charged. We want to clarify that the quoted price serves as an estimate, as mentioned in the terms and conditions of the contract that you signed. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we made efforts to rectify the situation by reducing the administrative fee from $300 to $150.
In terms of communication, we strive to maintain open and consistent lines of communication with our customers throughout the shipping process. Please understand that my days off are on Thursdays and Fridays, which may have contributed to the delay in responding to your inquiries. However, as soon as I returned to work on Saturday, I made it a priority to follow up with you promptly.
