We already used ASG to ship our car from East to West coast and had a great experience. When it was time to return car back to East Coast, we decided to call same company as we were confident that their estimate will be fair and competitive for the quality of the service they offer, and a peace of mind knowing that our vehicle will be in good hands. Our representative was Felicia Williams-whoever get Felicia to coordinate their car transport can consider themselves very lucky. Not only did she provide us with a fair quote and explained in a great details the whole process, but she also delivered us a great news-right before the shipping-that she was able to even save us substantial amount of money from the quoted amount!! After the car was dispatched, Felicia kept a line of communication with us as well as our driver who was equally professional and punctual. We were very pleased with initial estimated delivery time (a reasonable-10 working days Coast to Coast). Our car was loaded last Monday in Portland Oregon, and this morning (the following Monday) we got a call from Felicia and our driver that car is already here in New York and is being delivered today!! That is an outstanding service, extremely quick delivery time (only 7 days from West to East Coast). Do not waste your precious (needles to say-stressful time) trying to find a reliable place to trust with transporting your car-call Felicia for worry free and outstanding and professional coordination of the whole process. Thank you Felicia for all your help and your A+ 10/10 service !!!
