I had a great experience with this company. Once we had a few initial phone calls, I was able to text with Kim all along the way. Whenever I had a question or a concern, I didn't have to wait in a call line or in an email chain, just a quick text and a quick response. If I missed an email, I got a personal text asking if it came through. Kim was always ready to help and if we ever missed each other I got a call or text within a few minute to check and see what's up. The shipment arrived quickly, hassle free, and everything in good condition. The pricing was fair and comparable with other shipping companies I had spoken with prior to deciding which company to shop with. Ultimately the personableness and responsiveness won out over competing companies.
