Felicia at the Auto Shipping Group handled my shipping needs flawlessly. The Auto Shipping Group has handled many of my shipments in the past and this most recent transaction was the most challenging. Felicia worked through severe weather delays and the holidays to ensure the vehicle was delivered as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. She was in continuous contact with me and the carrier providing updates on the progress and what to expect next. The vehicle was delivered on time in the same condition as when it was picked up from the dealer with great photo documentation of the pickup and delivery.
