Overall the experience was reasonable and quick. Malia was able to get us connected with a auto carrier in the same day. Other than a bit of a language barrier with the driver we were able to get my daughters 65 Biscayne transported to her in OKC at a fair price and easier that my husband to tow to her, The only problem incurred was a mix up on the delivery address, wish the driver had also confirmed with us before leaving. also with being a first time for transporting vehicle we did not realize that payment in cash was needed at the receiving end, believed the credit card would be fully charged. So that was almost a problem since normally still not carrying that much cash since covid,
