Leeann was great! We had a horrible experience with another shipper who left us hanging the day of pickup. After contacting Leeann i knew she would be able to help. She was professional, efficient, transparent, and responsive. Although we had a hiccup on the original scheduled pick up, she fixed it immediately. Would highly recommend her.
