Hello,
I want to share what a wonderful experience I had working with Travis and his team! We had been strung along by another shipping company and were under a time crunch. Travis understood that we needed an exact day for pick up. I only gave him 2 days' notice. Regardless, he gave me direct information for that to happen and I was able to make a decision. We moved forward and he kept contact with me up until I communicated with the driver. The driver was communicative, polite and helpful! I am so impressed with the level of commitment to customer service and satisfaction that Travis provided. Highly recommend!!!
