Felicia explained the whole process to me very clearly. She kept us updated on the status almost daily. There was a delay in pickup because of mechanical issues with the truck, but Felicia made sure our car still shipped in a timely manner. The driver she found for us was great, very nice and professional. Our car was delivered in half the expected delivery time. Order#1069599
