The paperwork and scheduling process was as smooth as can be. The glitch happened at the port of Oakland where my car was swapped with a similar one destined to Maui. My daughter came to pickup the car and found out it was not ours and after a lot of searching, it was discovered that our car was misplaced and destined for Maui. Had she waited another day, it would have gone to Maui and she had to come back the following week to get it. Based on this unpleasant experience, I can’t give 5 stars on this review. I hope this will ever happen again.

Han, Again I am so sorry that the vessel company put the wrong tag on your vehicle. We did catch it before it got any worse, we had all storage waived for you. Again I am sorry that THEY made the mistake. It is not a reflection on my customer service though as I did everything I can to make it right as quickly as possible. Unfortunately it was out of our control completely, but I am so sorry. Stay Healthy!
