All and all, my experience I'd give an overall 8. Customer service was a 10. My representative Felicia provided me with a great experience. There are some unexplained perameters whereby you may be required to adhere to, such as the pick up location. Nonetheless, it was worth it and I'd do it the same way all over again if I had to.
