I am sorry that you are not happy with our service. We gave you options based on the carriers availability. As you are in Australia we had to wait for contact back from you and were in communication with your dad. We gave you options and you stated that you wanted to take the option of the higher cost and delivery location meeting spot. You could have declined it and we would have kept looking. It also states that in our terms. We only charge once the vehicle is loaded so we give you every option in case you want to take them. Your order was placed on the 24th of May, we had a carrier offer on the 1st which is within the 1-10 business days stated to look for a carrier on average for metropolitan areas, again your delivery location being rural so would normally take longer. Your vehicle was picked up on the 3rd and delivered the 8th. Again we are sorry you were not impressed with the speediness of getting this vehicle transported or the offer you accepted to get it transported. We do with you well.
