We had a family emergency and need my sons car to get moved across the country. I called Felicia because I have used her several times and have never been disappointed. I was a mess and did not even know which car my son had. Felicia helped me through this and quoted a price and beat that price before vehicle shipped! Once it was in transit another curve ball my son was not going to be the one to pick up the vehicle an it is now Friday night and I thought we were screwed, I picked up the phone beyond my belief Felicia picks up and saves the day again! She changed all that need to be change and continued to update all of us through the weekend (a holiday weekend). Felicia I cant thank you enough, I hope I meet you some day so I can give you the big hug you deserve!
