My son is training at Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo Texas and wanted to have his SUV shipped to him from the East Bay Area of San Fransisco. After trying to contact a few auto transport brokers, I made contact with Adam. He was a refreshing and positive change from the others I had spoken with up to that point. After we wrestled with a poor cellphone connection and finally decided to just text instead. He promptly emailed me the quote information. Now, once the contract was signed, he could have just moved on to his next customer. But as this was a new experience for me, I had a few first-timer questions and he was more than happy to answer them. Not only that, once the contracted shipping company had delivered the SUV, he contacted me to make sure all went well. Which it had. I would HIGHLY recommend Adam and would give him 10 stars if that were an option.
