Never having used a transport service, I really did not even know what to look for. I did research on several companies and found Auto Shipping Group to appear to be the bet rated overall satisfaction. Heidi Schulz did not disapoint me at all. She returned my call with in minutes of receiving my inquiry, and provided solid answers to all of my questions. Heidi also offered the best customer service I have had in recent years. She handled all of the special details I needed, as my car was traveling several states away to my daughter who needed it ASAP. The driver who picked up the car was, professional, courteous and respectful. He even called to let me know he was running about 10 minutes behind. Our pick-up was on Friday evening and by Sunday my daughter had the car. If I have another transport, I will only use Auto Shipping Group, Heidi Schulz and the will request the same driver. I highly reccommend this company for your transport moves.
