I contacted ASG as they had good reviews and I needed to ship my Impala across the U.S. from California to Michigan. They picked a carrier in the area which had a few bad reviews but I felt better going through ASG than booking on my own. I had the option to choose a new carrier but figured I’d roll the dice and see how it went. The carrier called me a day before they arrived and also 30 minutes before arrival. They inspected the vehicle which you may want to take a quick video surrounding the car before it gets loaded on the transporter as this is much better evidence than a receipt with scribbles about few scratch and dent notes on it. My sister got the car a week later with $800 cash on hand (+205$ booking fee) and she said the car worked fine with nothing blatantly wrong. I would assume most car transports are successful where as the few that aren’t get a lot of attention. If you really need your car protected you can upgrade to premium shipping where it’s shipped in an enclosed container, but for most used cars the open carrier was fine. I had a good experience with Auto Shipping Group and the carrier they set up for me.
