Took 8 days to pick up my vehicle. The broker did mention it would take up to 7 days so I didnt mind, plus I was in no rush to get the vehicle. It may have taken a while due to the Thanksgiving holiday. On the 8th day, they called me and said my car would be picked up that night. The car was picked up on a Friday in Rochester NY and delivered to San Francisco on Tuesday. The transporter said they would have delivered the car Sunday but got stuck in the snow. overall, not bad.
