Jordan Smith from Auto Shipping Group contacted me by phone immediately after getting a quote from the online website. Though others did the same, Jordan was very thorough in explaining the auto shipping procedures and why ASG was superior. Yea yea yea I thought. It's sales all the same. But after gathering details of my vehicle, he got back with me right away with an exact quote for shipping my special vehicle - an old Jeep. Price was good, so I booked it around 5pm - Around 9am the next day, I got a call from Jordan that he found a transport carrier for my Jeep...can it be ready in a few hours? Holy cow!!! I couldn't believe how fast this worked out. I needed help putting on the hard top, and he arranged for the transport people to help me - and they did with care. I am very impressed with the service I received from Jordan. He must stay awake all night searching for transport carriers! The Jeep arrived (over 600 miles away) the next morning, all A-OK! Thank you for such quick service. I would definitely recommend Jordan at ASG.
