After having experienced a terrible carrier problem a couple of weeks earlier who was arranged by a different broker, working with Auto Shipping Group and Felicia was a breath of fresh air. I placed the order and after a few days, a fair price was proposed by their dispatch team for a carrier who estimated getting the car from South Florida all the way to a remote part of Oregon in only 7 days. As it turned out the car got here in only 6 days and I was able to get updates as it got closer directly from the carrier's dispatch as well as the drivers themselves. Communication with Felicia was good and I would definitely use Auto Shipping Group again because it seemed to me like they placed a great deal of importance on the quality of the carriers they place their customers with and that is what matters in the end.
