First rate customer service from this AutoShippers service employee. He knew the system and shared information all the way through auto pickup and delivery. Delivery was tricky since receiver had to have car delivered in a narrow window of time. Mr. Hight was on top of the process all the way through and met all of our expectation above and beyond. Kept us in the loop to reduce anxiety about this tow.
