This was my first time shipping a personal car. I reviewed numerous quote responses and contacted Auto Shipping Group. Gretchen Hight assisted me and explained the process in detail. Gretchen's customer service skills were the best. No pressure in making a decision. I spent the next month shopping around and came back to Gretchen. The carrier contacted me as Gretchen explained and our shipment was delivered on time. Thanks to Gretchen, I would use Auto Shipping Group again.
