Communication was poor. I ended up having to pay an extra hundred dollars to get my car transported. I was told that just about every car is picked up between 3-5days and mine took two weeks. The carrier did not follow instructions and tried to deliver the car at noon when I was at work even though the instructions were specifically stated that the car was to be delivered after 5:30 PM.
