Nicole was excellent for the quote, set up, and communication during the pickup and transport. She answered my questions and kept me posted on the process. She returned my calls and emails promptly. The transport driver (NOA out of Spokane, WA) did an excellent job of keeping me informed on delivery. The pickup was not as good as the driver didn't communicate that he was running a day or two late. But on the day of pickup he did keep up on the communications.
