I have to say that I was very very anxious about shipping my car because this was my first car shipping experience. I was shipping from California to Texas and I am still so happy that everything went so smoothly. I read a lot of horror story reviews when I was researching different companies, but from my first contact with Felicia, she kept me informed on the entire process from start to finish. I honestly wasn’t expecting that personal level of service but every step of the way her reassurance and frequent contact eased my worries so much. Considering that it was actually accidental that I signed on with auto shipping group (I thought I was responding to another company), I am so happy that I went with them. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother and more worry free experience. My car was picked up and delivered in 4 days, no issues. I definitely recommend them based on my experience and Felicia was the best!
