Heidi did a great job walking me through the process, answered all my questions, even before I agreed to sign with her. I didn't feel any pressure at all during the conversation to make a decision. After we had the car picked up, she was easily reachable by phone, email or text and was super responsive with my questions and providing me updates, even when they were hard to get from those actually transporting the car.
