I was very nervous about transporting my son's car since I have never needed to transport a car before. I initially had contact with Lance with a ton of questions. He was very patient, knowledgeable in answering my questions and explained the process to me. He seemed very honest. I placed the order with ASG, Inc. and waited. Heidi called to let me know the order had been picked up for the quote I was initially given. It was a matter of hours, literally, before the driver contacted me, picked up the car and was on his way. The delivery date was originally set for Saturday morning, with a pick up on Thursday at noon. Friday evening my son texted me and let me know the car had been delivered and was with him on his base. So thankful to Chris the driver and to ASG, Inc who helped me through this process. Very pleased and would recommend to others. I would use this service again.
