I shipped two cars with Kim and it was really great service from Kim. Second time the carrier was lil slow. The carrier could have inform me immediately once the auto was delivered by the driver. Delivery was within time frame.

Sorry the carrier was a little slower the second time. Transit time is 7-10 days coast to coast and they fit that time frame, but the first carrier was faster than that. But so sorry they didn't give you enough notice. If there is anything else I can do to you please let me know.
