I shipped my car for the first time, and Michael was great to work with. He was available whenever I needed to get in touch and helped me with the process. The driver (John @ Todos Transport) was super kind and accommodating. My car arrived early.
TIPS FOR FIRST TIMERS: It was my first time shipping a car, so I did a lot of research, got a bunch of quotes, talked to 3 different reps before I made the decision. Price is one thing (make sure you ask whether it's all inclusive, 100% insured, AND if they price match), but also see if you can trust the rep when talking to them. I wanted to get a service where I have just one person of contact for ease and trust, and that turned out wise in the end. Ask as many questions as you have...it always helps to be informed about how the service works.
